"The room wasn’t clean the sheets and pillows had stains all over, the chair in the room was broken but the property was pet friendly, the breakfast was limited but decent. Staff was nice but I wish the room was cleaner for the price I paid. "

"This property was not as comfortable or useable as the online posting would indicate. While I wasn't looking for anything fancy, many features of the property were outdated with surface level touches applied to cover up. The bathroom was extremely small with cracked sink, no counter space, and painted over grout. Security system wires we're coming through outlets (not to code) and carpets were worn. The furniture was uncomfortable and the AC setpoints were difficult to determine. I booked the location in part for the for the extra driveway space to park multiple cars as I had family members visiting from different locations. On check in the owner indicated they leave a car in the driveway, eliminating this value. Overall, look elsewhere if you want an affordable but decent option in Nashville."

"The property itself was wonderful—very clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of space for everyone. The location was also excellent, conveniently close to Broadway and the Gulch.My only complaint was the train tracks behind the building. The trains were extremely loud and ran at all hours of the night, which made it difficult to get good sleep.That said, the property itself was great overall!"
